Incredible Gift

Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!" 2 Corinthians 9:15

In this busy world, it is easy to forget the immeasurable gift we have received from Jesus. He has given us everything, including His love, grace, and salvation. Let's take a moment to ask ourselves what we are giving in return. What we can give to Him? In light of the boundless blessings Jesus has lavished upon us, what offerings have we presented to Him in gratitude?

Are we sharing His love? Are we actively sharing the love and kindness He shared with us with others in our everyday lives? As followers of Christ, are we living as beacons of His light, guiding others towards Him through our actions and words?

Think about a pastor who didn't have much money but still spent his time helping poor children and families who were sick and had no jobs. He shared his care and knowledge to help them to have better lives. In his unselfishness, he showed the love of Jesus by making a difference in their lives. This reminds us that not having money, even simple lives in any condition can do greater things when they care for others.

Let's learn from the Bible. The Bible talks about how Jesus loved us and gave up everything for us (Philippians 2:5-11). Jesus, despite having the greatest riches, came to Earth as a humble servant of God. He did this to offer His boundless wealth. When we see Jesus on the cross, stripped of His clothes, it is a powerful symbol of His immense sacrifice driven by His limitless love for us. Because of this incredible love, we should be open to sharing the love of Christ with others. Jesus, a groom who wants His bride so much(Ephesians 5:25-27). He wants His bride's love and devotion in return. We are supposed to get ready for His coming by living the way He taught us and by spreading His love to others.

As followers of Christ, we stand as beacons of His light in the world. Jesus commands us to love one another as He has loved us (John 13:34-35). Let us teach others to lead lives aligned with Christ's teachings through our own actions and words. Studying the Bible regularly, prayer and fasting help align our hearts and minds with Jesus. To strengthen our connection with Him prepare us for His coming. We should always be grateful for the immeasurable gifts Jesus has given us. Even small acts of kindness can reflect His love and generosity. We have a duty to guide others towards Christ through our words and actions.

Let’s pray. Heavenly Father, we thank You for the incredible gift of Your Son, Jesus. Help us examine our hearts through our words, and actions to recognize the offerings we can present to Him in gratitude. May we be vessels of His love, reflecting His light in this world. Guide us to live according to His teachings and lead others to Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
